Pilates is performed on unique equipment designed to provide support and resistance with precision. It is perfect for any age, fitness level and lifestyle. Clients new to Pilates are required to attend one-on-one, private sessions. We will introduce clients to the Reformer, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair exercises. Competency in technique, a clear understanding and integration of the Pilates principles is necessary in order to participate in an open level Pilates class. Group classes are designed for injury-free individuals looking for a full body workout.
