Group Equipment classes utilizing the Reformer, Chair and/or Barrel. This class enhances your Pilates workout with resistance training. Learn to strengthen and tone your body in a way you never thought possible, with fluid movement and strength building exercises. To enroll, you must be free of any major injuries or restrictions that would keep you from the range of work performed a Pilates equipment class.
