Ashley joined us back in April. She began her career in Pilates following the birth of her daughter in 2007. With a background in dance, Pilates was intuitive and in sync with her personal style of exercise. She quickly fell in love with how the practice and movement of the Pilates Method works to build power and strength, allowing the body to feel supported while maintaining length and flexibility.
Ashley is certified in Pilates, RedCord Suspension Systems and the CoreAlign Systems by Balanced Body. She also holds certificates in Stretch Results, Balancepoint Barre, Exercise Science Foundations from the Fitness Institute International and has completed countless hours of continuing education from some of the industry’s best.
