I love Centered Studio. From their high energy, supportive instructors to the dynamic and effective classes they offer, it’s everything you could hope for in a fitness studio. Since discovering their Xtend Barre/Stick classes a few months ago, I have seen huge gains in strength and endurance, and huge losses in flab and inches (especially in problem areas like upper arms and thighs.) I have always been “strong” but for the first time in my life I have muscle definition, and it’s exciting!
Centered will keep you on your toes both literally and figuratively. Their ballet barre workouts are extremely challenging, regardless of your fitness level, and target every single part of your body. You will be panting and sweating and groaning for an hour straight, and you will get sore. Luckily the instructors keep the pace quick and motivate you throughout, so it’s all over before you have a chance to consider giving up.
I truly believe the instructors enjoy themselves and want to make sure everyone gets the most out of their workout. They take the time to get to know you and understand your fitness level and limitations, so you never walk out of a class feeling that you weren’t pushed to your limit, but you also never leave feeling embarrassed or defeated.
Centered provides a welcoming, comfortable, and energizing atmosphere where you can block out the world and focus on yourself and your body one hour at a time. I have been singing their praises to my friends since I first started, and every one of them who gave it a shot fell in love with Centered and stuck with it just like I did. I’m so happy to have found this place!
