Spring is a great time to start with a clean slate,
setting new goals focused on an even healthier lifestyle. There is nothing better than a new beginning for your mind, body & soul. For many of us, a fresh new calendar and list of things to tackle, learn and start is exciting.
Remember to be good to yourself. Make a bucket list or an intention list instead of a list of hard to reach goals…add little things that will make you happy and can be achieved. I have my list all ready! I am going to listen to my own advice. I’m trying to make better food choices, find time for Pilates, read the stack of books on my desk, run a marathon, find some time for me. Maybe if I put it in writing it will happen this year. I’m going to be more grateful, more positive and laugh even more.
True wellness is the result of a healthy body, mind and spirit
. Taking time for yourself can have a powerful impact on your outlook and overall happiness. Life can be stressful – all the more reason to use exercise to reduce that unwanted stress. When we bottle up stress and have no outlet, it continues to grow and weigh us down. Fitness often takes a back burner. Over time, it affects how we feel mentally and physically. So, let’s put ourselves and exercise at the top of our lists!
Pilates is more than just a workout. Any person who’s been doing it for at least a couple of months knows that Pilates doesn’t only sculpt your body but it also clears your mind and gives you energy and inner serenity. Do you want to try Pilates? Call us today! (561) 972‐8504!
